Under Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet, Tichodex is a hosting provider. It hosts content shared by users; it does not create this content and is not obliged to check it in advance. When notified of unlawful content, it removes it.

2. Reporting in the App
The fastest way is the “Report” option in the app. You can report posts, comments, profiles, stories and chats. Reports reach our team instantly.
3. Personal-Rights Violation Requests
If you believe content violates your personal rights, use the contact form with the topic “Content Removal / Legal”, or email support@tichodex.com with the following:
- your full name (company name and authorised person for legal entities) and contact details;
- a link to the content, or the username involved and the date of the content;
- a short explanation of which right was violated and how;
- proof of authority if you are applying on someone else’s behalf.
Requests are answered within 24 hours under Article 9 of the Law. Your right to apply directly to a criminal judgeship of peace is reserved.
4. Copyright and Other Unlawful Content
You can use the same route for intellectual-property violations and other unlawful content, with information showing that you hold the rights.
5. Requests from Authorities
Courts, prosecutors and other competent authorities can send requests to support@tichodex.com. Tichodex provides traffic data kept for 2 years under Law No. 5651 (IP address, device ID, sign-in/out times) and messaging metadata (who, with whom, when) on a duly made request. Message content is shared only on a duly made official request and within the relevant legislation.
